              OUTREACH UTREA the newsletter of 7 7el&ata&a ettaifo etta caa dao ifo at 6t t saeotaaae sfriitaat 1&der44w&4 teuteuutut mtcwauud MARCUS BACH founder no j 107 QJ THE LETTER dear friend of the fello feilo fellowship this has been an eventful month and the most effective way of detailing it is to itemize the happenings 1 the two OUTREACH issues no 105 and no 106 dealing with the story of christmas stamps was and continues to be one of the most popular we have printed your response was tremendous 2 issues of the stamp story have gone to post office officials to friends of OUTREACH readers who requested them to countless people on christmas lists 3 the entire article was published in the L A times with our permission the times has a circulation of 1037963 readers 4 our thanks again to the anonymous member of our advisory board who donated sufficient mint sheets to allow us to put a living stamp on each OUTREACH no 106 5 on a personal note a request was received from the library of congress for permission to transcribe into embossed large type form my book THE WILL TO BELIEVE in order to make it available for the blind and physically handicapped who are unable to read ordinary print in a conventional manner obviously the request was more than happily granted this is the third book of mine which has been selected by the division for the blind and the handicapped 6 this issue of OUTREACH no 107 is the first in americas observance of its bicentennial year throughout 1976 we will devote offandon off and on issues dealing with the theme of spiritual understanding as it pertains to historic aspects in the dramatic life of our country I 1 visualize at least four such issues 7 we begin the year with a question if you were not a nativeborn native born american and had to take the federal textbook exam for citizenship could you pass it 8 and what does this have to do with SPIRITUAL understanding for the answer or answers turn to the LESSON yours for the fellowship
