Concessa dal [Duca] Carlo à Luciano Grimaldi, il quale sotto li 14 Maggio 1494 haveva prestato omaggio, e giuramento di fedeltà all’inesso Duca Carlo, e prima di Lui Lamberto Grimaldi al Duca Filiberto sotto li 10 Agosto 1481, si, e come più [ampiamente] si contiene nelle sopra riferite Investiture, atti d’omaggio, e [giuramento] di fedeltà. E non havendo li Predecessori di detto [Signor] Prencipe di Monaco doppo detta ultima Investitura dell’anno 1506 – rapportato più altre Investiture, meno prestato giuramento di fedeltà, il Patrimoniale generale del [Serenissimo] Duca Carlo Emanuel Primo sotti li 26 Aprile 1583 ottenesse contro Carlo Grimaldi allora [Signore] di detto Monaco Sentenza della Camera de’ Conti di Piemonte declaratoria della Caducità e devolutione delle sudette ondeci parti delle dodeci
