The Civil War in Illinois.
BALTIMORE, Wednesday evening.
Nothing new by the Southern Mail. Our advices from the west report a succession of skirmishes at Nauvoo, during the 15th inst., between the Mormons and the Illinois mob, in which the former are said to have had several killed, and the latter only three wounded. This is the anti-mormon account Reinforcements had joined the mob, with supplies of ammunition, and they were making arrangements for a final attack upon the Mormon city. No local occurrences of note.
