Mormonism is rampant again; the Supreme Court of the United States having decided that Judge McKean had no right to exclude polygamists from juries, all the proceedings against the Mormon leaders fall to the ground, and Brigham Young and his followers are set at liberty again; the Mormons are jubilant and the Gentiles depressed, but it is probable that Congress will take some action to remedy the defect in the laws.——Peter Rockwill, chief of the old Mormon "Danites," who has been in hiding for fear of arrest for high crimes, created a tumult in Salt Lake City, last week, by his exultant yells and vile expressions of triumph over the decision of the Supreme Court, releasing the Mormon leaders; an arm-ed collision between Gentiles and Mormons was imminent for a time, but no blow was struck.—
