Full text	FROM UTAH. The Providence Journal has received from Lieut. Mowry, of Col. Steptoe's command, the Deseret News, giving an account of affairs among the saints. A legislative party was given on New Year's day, in honor of Judge Kinney, Col. Steptoe, and other civil and military officers of the United States. It was quite extensive, and included dancing, singing, dinner, supper, praying and preaching, but no rum. Gov. Young was absent, on account of ill-health, but sent an apology and a blessing.
