SALT LAKE, July 26th.— A call is published by the Democratic Territorial Committee for a Convention of the people of Utah, in favor of Greeley and Brown, to be held in this city to morrow evening, to nominate a delegate to Congress.
An extensive alum mine has been discovered near the town of Centerville.
Two eases of sunstroke occurred in this city to-day. Ex- Governor J. Neely Johnson was taken sick yes-terday from the same cause. The shipments of silver bullion are unusually heavy.
Great interest is felt in the forthcoming Presiden-tial election. The Mormons are generally for Gree-ley.
