Full text	Appointments for Utah. — Orson Hyde, a Mormon, has been nominated to the Senate by the President, as Associate Judge of the Territory of Utah, vice Brookhus, resigned, and Mr. Richards, also a Mormon, has been nominated as Secretary for Utah, vice Harris, resigned. Judge Brandeburgh, of Utah, resigned Wednesday. B. D. Harris, late Secretary of Utah, it is said, declines the Secretary- ship of New Mexico, tendered him by the President.
