Description	This small excerpt of a letter written in Liberty Jail shows the signatures of those who suffered there with the Prophet Joseph Smith during the winter of 1838-39. The signatures are those of Joseph and Hyrum Smith, Lyman Wight, Caleb Baldwin, and Alexander McRae. Sections 121, 122, and 123 of the Doctrine and Covenants come from that letter.
