Orem in SLC on the occasion of the dedication of the "Velvet Highway" in Orem, enclosing a copy of the speech Gillman delivered at the dedication. Letter: June 1944, Long Beach, California, from Orem's wife Mable to him in SLC 1 item. Literary rights on all above letters remain with the Orem family.; Scrapbook and loose newspaper clippings relating to the Salt Lake and Utah Railroad, and to Nevada Douglas Copper Company. Both the scrapbook and the loose materials were badly deteriorated and brittle. They were discarded after being xeroxed in December 1973.
